Ariel / 失楽園

The white feathers in this artwork represent a symbol of peace and an expression of a pure, untainted heart. This angel appears to be both saddened by recent global events and filled with compassion for humanity. At first glance, it might seem a test of the choices humanity will make in the future. Yet, no matter what choices are made, this angel will embrace humanity with a compassionate heart.

この作品の白い羽根は平和の象徴であると同時に、穢れのない心を表現しています。この天使は昨今の世界情勢を悲しんでいるようにも見えますし、人々の心を慈しんでいるようにも見えます。これからの人類がどのような選択を取って行くか、一見試されているようではあります。しかし人類がどのような選択を取るにせよ、この天使は人々を慈愛の心で包み込むでしょう。
